Cut four 20 x 20 x 600 mm pieces.
Mark a line under 40 degrees on the top of the wood stick and make a cut.

Mark again 40 degrees on the top of the both wood sticks and mill the joining place with the depth of 10 mm.

We use a milling machine which makes the job easy for us. But in case you don`t have one, watch how to make the joints using a chisel here.

Now glue the sticks and put them under the pressure.

Mark the support point measuring 22,5 degrees from the top of the stick and cut it from 530 mm.

Cut the plywood into 300 x 290 mm and 290 x 290 mm. Sand the plywood.

Connect the two pieces of plywood using glue and the clamps.

Mark the spots for drilling; drill the screws on the bigger piece of plywood

Sand the hiding caps
Cover the plywood with the first layer of paint. Let it dry, then sand and paint again.

Mark the connecting joints to the legs. They are under 66,8 degrees, first one will be on 140 mm and the second one on 290 mm. Both are with the length and depth of 10 mm.
Mill the joining points.

Sand the legs

Cover with the first layer of the polisher. Then sand again and cover with the second layer of the polisher
